Fee for students seeking admission under DAE categories

No fee concession of any kind shall be applicable to any of the wards of DAE, CISF, IB and other Central Govt. employees.

Exemptions

In respect of the wards of Central Government Employees whose third child is a girl and also in respect of the third child onwards of SC/ST employees, the exemption of payment of Tuition Fee alone is available subject to the production of certificate to the effect that the Children Education Allowance is not extended to the third child by their Department.

Fee for students seeking admission under Non-DAE categories

Fees will be charged for six months/ twelve months of an academic session at the time of admission. However, the remaining fee, if applicable, should be paid in the month of October of that academic session. The Fee Structure is as follows:

Fee Concession for Non-DAE students:

  1. No fee to be charged for students admitted under the provisions of Right to Education Act and Societal Enrichment Education Programme (SEEP) (earlier called as Talent Nurture Programme- TNP).
  2. Non-DAE students granted admission till the end of the academic year 2017-18 are entitled for the following fee concessions till they complete their course of study in AEC Schools or they leave the AEC Schools, whichever is earlier.
  3. All Non-DAE students whose parents are Below Poverty Line (BPL) are exempted from payment of tuition fee alone subject to their submission of a valid certificate issued by a competent authority.
  4. All Non-DAE Students (boys and girls) whose parents (both father and mother) combined annual income is less than Rs.1,50,000/- per annum (subject to their submission of a valid certificate issued by a competent authority) will be granted fee concession to the extent of 50% of revised tuition fee for Non-DAE students. However, such tuition fee concession should not result in to less than the tuition fees prescribed for the wards of DAE employees. In other words, the Non-DAE students who avail 50% of revised tuition fees concession are required to pay a minimum of Rs. 900/- p.m. as prescribed for DAE students in rural areas. In urban areas, such Non-DAE Students have to pay the revised tuition fee of Rs.1500/- p.m. after availing 50% concession.
  5. Non-DAE students granted admission from 01.04.2018 (i.e.2018-19 Academic Year) are not entitled for any fee concession.
  6. As such Non-DAE students (Boys & Girls) seeking admission during academic year 2020- 21 are not entitled for any fee concession.

DAE Admissions

Non-DAE Admissions

Admission for the wards of DAE employees are done under DAE category, generally the admission process will start in the month of January and the formalities will be completed by March for the academic session stating from April. As the DAE employees are transferrable anywhere in India, admissions for their wards will be done through out the year on transfer basis.

Non DAE admissions are based on the vacancies available after completing the DAE admissions and as per the guidelines issued by AEES, Mumbai. Application forms, for the classes in which vacancy exists, may be issued in the first/second week of April. As per the RTE provisions, 25% of the admissions are provided in first standard through RTE portal of Rajasthan State Govt.
