AECS-3 celebrated its Annual Day Function on Friday, 13th Dec., 2019. Shri. N.K. Pushpakar (Station Director, RAPS 1&2, NPCIL) graced the occasion as Chief Guest and Shri. Mohd. Yasin, GM, Heavy Water Plant (K) & Co-chairman, LMC, AEC Schools, Rawatbhata as Guest of Honour. Other esteemed guests too embellish the event were Smt. Sashi, Smt. Reshma Rani, Shri.A.Joseph John, Principal, AECS-4 and Coordinating Principal , AEC Schools Rawatbhata, Shri. R.N. Sawhney Principal AECS-2, Rawatbhata. Members of LMC, SAC and other invited guests attended the annual day programme.

The guests were welcomed through a theme based group song. Entailing the formal welcome by the students with bouquet and welcome speech by Vice Principal Sh. P. Narasimman, the progressive annual report was read by the Principal Sh. M.S.K. Devarayalu. This was followed by the Prize distribution cere-mony to the students who excelled inAcademics and Extracurricular activities. All the distinguished guests handed over the trophies, Certificate of Merit, Cash prizes to the winners, and blessed them. The programme was an amalgamation of various hues befitting the theme wondrously. Sh. M.S. K Devarayalu was felicitated with Shawl, Shreefal and turban for his reaching superannuation in coming month. E-Newsletter of school was also released by the esteemed guests.

The evening commenced with a sparkling and vigorous Folk Dance, Classical Dance, Western Dance, Punjabi and Kerala Dance, and a meaningful mime act on water conservation. The props and costumes added colour to the festive occasion with the synchronized dance movement to the foot tap-ping music. All the performances presented an astounding visual treat to every spectator present.
