Welcome to the Library of AECS-3, Rawatbhata

The School Library of AECS-3, Rawatbhata caters to the information needs of staff and students. The School library has a collection of over 10,000 books and 20 periodicals. The library is also equipped with computers and Internet access. The working hours of library is from 7.30 a.m. to 01:40 p.m. on all working Days

Library Periods: According to the school time table the students of Class VI-XII can utilize the library for the issue and return of the books during their library periods. They can refer books and participate in library activities during this time.

Borrowing information: Students: 02 book for a period of 15 days. Faculty and staff: Maximum 05 books for a period of 15 days.

Class Libraries: Class libraries are functioning for classes I to V.

Open Access and Classification: The library follows an open access system. The books are classified and shelved accordingly.

Library Automation: The accession registers and stock of the library has been computerized for easy reference and retrieval.

Library Subscribes 04 daily news papers and 20 magazines every month in library for students and staff.

Library Celebrations (National Library Week)

Library conducts Book Exhibition in association with local book sellers and publishers every year. Exhibition is organised during the National Library week celebrations and various activities conducted to students during this week like Book Talk, Book Review, Quiz and Cover page design etc.

Our School campus is under CCTV Surveillance which is equipped with modern high quality digital Camera's in most of the places and it is being monitored regularly. Online interactive classes are being conducted with high speed wifi internet connection. Internet connection has been provided in Computer Lab, staff rooms, library and most of the places.

School provides Purified RO dirinking water facility through water coolers. Sufficient number of wash rooms for students and staff seperately. The whole school buidling has been renovated with modern tiles. The school building is based on canadian model of schools with great aesthetic sense and it provides easy monitoring of the school activites.
