Fee Structure

Fees are charged per term and are paid online only, through the SBI Collect portal of AECS-3 Rawatbhata. View fee booklet pages (PDF)

* Students who have opted Computer Science as a subject in Classes XI & XII pay Rs. 300/- per term as computer fee. For Non-DAE wards, the tuition fee differs between urban AEC Schools (Hyderabad, Indore, Mumbai and Mysore) and rural schools; the rates above are those for rural schools such as AECS-3 Rawatbhata.

Dates for Fee Collection

A fine of Rs. 50/- per month is charged up to the last working day, after which the name is struck off the rolls for non-payment. Re-admission is done on payment of Rs. 100/- along with the late fee.

Exemptions

• Students admitted under the Right to Education Act, and students selected under SEEP, do not pay any component of the fee.
• For DAE employees, the third child (boy or girl) of SC/ST employees need not pay the Tuition Fee alone, on production of a certificate from the competent authority that the employee does not claim CEA for that child.
• All other students, DAE and Non-DAE, have no exemption from any component of the fee.
• Non-DAE students admitted up to the academic year 2017-18 whose parents' combined annual income is below Rs. 2.5 lakh may get a 50% concession on the revised tuition fee (subject to a valid income certificate), but must pay at least the tuition fee prescribed for DAE wards.

Fee Defaulters

• Students who do not pay the fee by the last date with fine are struck off the attendance rolls.
• They must take re-admission by paying Rs. 100/- re-admission fee and the fine, through the challan prepared by the school, and submit the second copy of the challan to the school.
• The name is restored only after the re-admission fee and the fines on PUVVN and tuition fee are realised.

Other Rules

• For new admissions, all components of the fee are charged for 12 months, whatever the month of admission.
• Students joining on Transfer Certificate from another AEC School pay from the month after the one up to which fee was paid in the previous school.
• When a TC is applied for, all components are charged up to that month. A TC applied for in March can be issued after the result without fee for the next session.
• Students promoted after a retest (Classes IX and XI) can pay without fine or re-admission fee within seven working days of the result.
